Ford ThunderBird Ford thought they'd take their own stab at the nostalgia business. There are quite a few last-century icons that wear the blue oval. For a revival subject, why not use a car famous enough to have been the subject of Beach Boys songs, starred in George Lucas movies, and has been gone long enough to be missed? Why not indeed. In 2002, the Thunderbird was reborn.

Default 96 Dayttime Running Llights

I am trying to find out if the pigtail for the Daytime Running Lamps, not the actual DRL module, is present on the US version of the 1996 Bird. I have searched and searched two different cars and cannot find it. Here is a low-quality underhood wiring diagram from my service CD.

I have the module and would like to be able to use it. According to the dealer, a wiring pigtail is available for a '97, but the "96 is now too old. However, at $70, I hope the car already has one.

thanx
