Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

Default 1999 Windstar se do not start.

My 1999 ford windstar se do not start. The battery is dead but the charging system and battery are fine. The system was reviewed by a technician and he determine that this ok. He change the battery by third occasion but few months after the battery was dead again.
I believe that it has a short circuit or some fault in the system, but to not even detected. Somebody knows that it can be?

check the brake light switch, it's known to kill batteries by accidently leaving brake lights on

Use a multimeter to test the amperage being drawn from the battery while the van is off. Pull fuses one at a time to see what is causing the battery to drain.
