Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

Default 2000 Windstar Turn Signal Out

I have a 2000 Windstar with no right rear turn signal. I changed the bulb but ofcourse it can't be that simple! After checking the wires and plugs I found there is no voltage going to the light. I figure the problem is either a bad connector farther up the line or the switch itself. The one thing that bothers me is the cruise also went out and the ABS light comes on from time to time. No chance these could all be related is there, or was it just built "Ford tough"?

there are relays that control +12v going to the blinkers in the fuse box under dash on drivers side. check those first the computer controls the -12v for switching

I'm not sure if loss of turn signal is related but loss of cruise & ABS light may certainly be due to leaking "brake pressure switch": Ford Windstar Recall For ABS Brake Light Issue. -AND- http://www.ford-forums.com/ford-wind...problem-4.html. Good luck.
