So we took our 98 Ford Windstar in to the dealership and had two pressure hoses replaced on it. The steering when we brought it in was fine. Well I went to drive it home and almost ran into the side of a party store because it locked up on me. They told me it was bubbles in the hose. Then when I called this morning to let them know how mad I was now they say my steering was bad and that could of been it.

Okay, so yea I can understand that, but would it cause the wheel to lock up?
I pitched a fit till they came and gave me a rental car. The sales guy took my van up there. He said it drove great. So now, my question is this. If it did that to me litearly (sp) like 5 mins after they fixed the hoses and then ran great for him could it really steering work great one minute and the next minute not?
