Hi - I have a 1998 Windstar and I removed the spare tire when I got a flat. When I went to lower the cable to replace the spare, the cable will not drop. Any solutions? Ideas? Thanks
The tire is not on the cable and its stuck in the up position. I've tried to lower it by pulling on the cable but no luck. I'll try hitting the mechanism in the morning. Thanks.
