Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

Default Broken door handle on slider

Sometimes men are worse than children at breaking stuff!! The door was locked and wouldn't you know it, he pulls the handle until it breaks. You can swing it back and forth but the spring or something is missing. No biggie unless the electrical switch goes out sometime in the future. Any idea how much this is gonna cost HIM to fix? Thanks!

is it the interior or exterior handle?
i'd look at a salvage yard to replace anything that's broken. would be the cheapest way to fix it.

Sorry, it's the interior door. I was thinking you'll have to take the door off the van, panel off the door, remove the old handle and then put it all back together? That sounds like a job for someone who really knows what they are doing, which is NOT my hubby! Thanks for any input.
