Same here, this thread saved me a lot of work, drilled out the dimples to remove the motor on the passenger side window of my 99 SE. Pulled out the motor hooked up the wires and found the motor works fine. Put it back in and the window works again. Perhaps another motor with a bad spot?
Anyway, working again for now, if it stops again I'll pull it back out and put in a new one.
