2000 Windstar electrical

I have a 2000 Windstar SEL 3.8 .
I have a couple of problems.The odometer works and comes on when you turn the key on then after about 30 seconds it goes to lines.
The next thing is the info center was working properly but when I reset the oil change light it went out but the direction indicator and temp and fuel have an error in them.
The ABS light was on and on checking the brake system I found that the rear brake cylinders were siezed.I replaced the cyllinders and the shoes and the drums and at the same time I did the front pads and rotors.I cleaned all the sensors and the ABS light is still glowing.
The last problem is the tailgate ajar light is on and also the courtesy lights are not functioning.
I am an old fart and I took the trim panel off the tailgate and there is a senser on each latch.I disconected them both and it made no difference.
Any help would be appreciated.
