Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

Hurleyr Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 2	Blower only works on high I have a problem that my front blower now only works on high on my 1996 Windstar. I checked the electrical in my repair manual and it appears that all fans settings below high are routed through resisters prior to reaching the fan. The high setting is a direct connection. Humm ... so this leads me to believe that the problem is within the blower motor resistor block, which appears to contain a fuse. The problem I have is that I took off the glove box and did not see a fuse so I thought I'd ask if anyone knows if the fuse can just be changed and where it is located for a 1996 Windstar. I'd rather avoid any unnecessary dismantaling. Any help would be appreciated.
