Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

windstart2 Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Posts: 1	airbag indicator beep I have a 2002 Windstar that constantly beeps. I have narrowed it down to a burnt out airbag indicator bulb in the instrument panel. When the key is in and ignition on, no airbag light shows up with the rest of the indicators. The beeping consists of a set of 3 sets of beeping 5 times with a delay of 30 seconds between beeps. It goes off for approximately 12 minutes, then starts all over again. Is there ANY way to disconect this, clip the wire, etc. I don't have the $$$ to have a mechanic replace the instrument cluster. I just need the beeping to stop period. Help please? No replies so far.
