Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

Default 99 Winstar - Rear Heater Problem

I am only getting cold air from my rear heater Unit, I checked the lines going in and out of the Heater core and both are really warm. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Did you check the flap that controls whether the air is blown through the AC or heater core? I'm not completely familiar with this area, but if you have a hot core back there and no heat then the air is probably being routed wrong. Especially if the air is coming out the roof and side vents while the setting is for heat. Not sure about the 99, but on my 95 rear heat is supposed to come out at the floor.
