I dont know what 62,000km is in miles so I cant judge if this may be normal at the amount of miles,km you have.

62,000 km = 38,525 mi

for that low mileage, there should never be any knocks. I must ask to all that have this issue, what kind or oil are you using (brand and weight)? Also what temperature is it outside when it occurs?

If any of you park your van on an incline (especially front end up) that is probably your problem, my van used to do that, then I changed my parking space on my driveway.
