Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

Just the clicking sound, nothing else. So my idea of adding antifreeze might have been a fluke too. So now I am back to square one.
heeelllllppppp.
Adding antifreeze did nothing for your starting problem. I would check all of your ground wires to the engine and chasiss. I would even consider replacing the terminals on your starter. If you have already replaced your starter make sure it wasn't a Bosch Starter. I maintain a fleet of ambulances and have had this clicking trouble using Bosch starters. I found I had to buy one from the dealer to fix it. Are you sure the vehicle isn't go in theft mode. Does you anti-theft light flash three times and go out when the key is in the run position? or do it flash continiously? I would also have your fly wheel checked to make sure that there are no teeth worn or missing. You can also try using the blockheater to keep the engine warm on those cold nights. Lots of ideas I hope you find the problem.
