Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

birddog Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2007 Location: NJ Posts: 2	Seat Belt Chime not working The seat belt chime has stopped working on my 2000 WS SEL.. I'm okay with that, I always wear my seatbelt, I don't need the chime. My concern is, if it is a blown fuse (as is likely the case) what else is on that fuse that may not be working that I might not be aware of (e.g., antilock-brakes). Do I need to get the seatbelt chime fixed, or should I just count my blessings? BTW.. This has been a great minivan -- this has been the worst problem I have had since I bought it new about 70k miles ago
