My van won't start. I know it must be the starter by the clicking sounds it makes and won't jump and has lights and radio.....I think it's FROZEN! I got a car wash sat didn't drive sunday monday it won't start....it's in the garage but its still COOOOLLLDDDDDD! Where is my starter so I can tap it to see if it will start?

You need to lie down under the front of the truck. The starter is in the center about a foot back from the radiator. It is a tiny little motor compared to the monster starters on the cars from the '70s
