Ford WindstarIntroduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.
Hello, This is my first post here.
Does any one know where I could find a schematic for the 10 disc CD changer used in a 1998 Limted Edition Windstar with the JBL audio system? The changer needs a repair but when I disconnect it the radio stops working. The van came with the CD changer wiring installed. I bought the Ford changer and installed it so I know the radio can work without it. My guess is that there may have been a jumper plug on the harness going to the changer that was removed in order to plug in the changer. It was many years ago and I can't remember if there was jumper plug or not.
Thanks
Steve
