Ford Windstar Introduced in the mid-1990s, the front-wheel-drive Ford Windstar minivan campaigned with an emphasis on, and reputation for, safety. And in the hotly contested family minivan market of the time, that was an especially solid piece of ground to be on. As long as buyers didn't need to haul adults in back on a regular basis, the Windstar served a family's needs just fine.

99.9% of the time people go install aftermarket stereos since the stock ones are shit. I think this is why you are getting no answer.

I really do not have any information about Fords, but I had a Grand Am I changed a cassette deck to a cd deck, both of them were stock. It was as simple as popping the bezel (plastic portion off) and switching them out. I imagine the back of them are the same in form.

But that is justt my two cents.
