Ford ZX2 Ford ZX2 offers sporty styling, responsive handling, brisk acceleration, and everyday comfort and practicality for one or two people. Its back seat and trunk are fully usable. Yet the ZX2 is easy on fuel, and costs less than some base-level sedans. Gone is the smooth, grille-less look, replaced by a dark horizontal slash between the headlights.

Default air bag sensors
i had gotten into an accident with my 2000 escort zx2 and the airbags deployed.. i bought new airbags and was wondering if i had to change the airbag sensors or if i could just plug them in?

The 'sensors' are inside the airbag module located next to the firewall under the center of the dash. You'll also need to change the clock spring in the steering wheel. It is always a good idea to swap in new parts after a deployed airbag. Do you really want to risk them not working if you crash again?
