Ford ZX2 Ford ZX2 offers sporty styling, responsive handling, brisk acceleration, and everyday comfort and practicality for one or two people. Its back seat and trunk are fully usable. Yet the ZX2 is easy on fuel, and costs less than some base-level sedans. Gone is the smooth, grille-less look, replaced by a dark horizontal slash between the headlights.

Exclamation Opening a door

I just got hit in on the drivers sid, and my window was down at the time. Everything still functions, except the window. I think it is just off the track or the motor is dislocated. Anyway I am trying to figure out how to take off the inside panel of the door to take a look and can't figure out how. Please help!

Did you get your door panel off yet? Mainly the perimeter is held on by the plastic body fasteners which just snap in. Just be careful and pull evenly. Before you get to that though you need to get the trim and handle off where your power window and door lock switches are. Assuming you have them. There are two caps towards the back of the trim piece by the door handle. Carefully pop those out with a small screwdriver or something. There should be two phillips screws holding the trim back there. There are a couple of plastic pop out fasteners towards the front. One you have to pull the center part out and it comes out. The other which is smaller you have to push the detent inward. You might have to tug on that trim piece and maneuver it around the door handle. There shouldn't be too much more in the way once that trim is off. Hope this helps.

Can you do me a favor and look under the hood at your valve cover bolts. Specifically towards the front. There is one bolt that has a stud coming off of it. Can you please tell me where that is located?
