i have a 1996 ford ranger. the heat and air work fine for maybe 15 min then stops blowing.. you hear noise like its working under the dash but there is nothing coming out anywhere.. once you turn off the heat/ac for a few mins then turn it on it works again for a few.. any ideas to what is wrong?
