Same here. And I also heard the same messaging back from my dealer as well. In a couple weeks, we won't have the the issue anymore because we should be well above 25+ degrees right? :-) I did find that putting it on recirculate does work to keep the temp up.

Hello guys.. sorry its been a while, but there has been no resolution to my heat issue. The cabin air still drops 40-60 degrees F when at idle. It is most pronounced when the outside air temp is below 0 F. The dealership has replaced the heater core, the sensor, the thermostat, the water pump, and even repaced the coolant with a lower viscosity fluid, and nothing has changed the situation. I told them to reset the computer, but they told me that Ford did not authrize this and I did not know what I was talking about. According to my dealer, there is a Ford hotline for mechanics dealing with ongoing issues, and the dealership calls periodically to check up, and they claim that Ford is aware of the problem, but has not come up with a fix yet. I have about given up on both Ford and the Flex...
