Red face I have a 99 ford Taurus with no heat HELP

Hi I have a 1999 3.0 dohc. I was out driveing around yesterday the heat worked fine I started to get to hot so I turned it off. When I went to turn it back on there was NOTHING. I mean nothing is comeing out not even air LOL. It is not blowing at all on any setting Max heat or or max ac. I was told it could be a fuse. I was looking for the blower fuse but I cant find it any where. I see the fuse box but do not know which fuse it is. I have looked at the owners manual with no sucess. I was also told that it could be the relay switch is there a way to tell if the relay switch is bad without replaceing it?
Can anyone help me?

It does sound like blower fuse is the place to start. Give your owners manual a second chance.

Your fuses are listed in the owners manual.
