Exclamation 1999 F250 5.4 V8 4x4 A/C Problem

The clutch/ compressor is getting no power. I evacted then refilled the freon. No leaks and not low on freon. The purple wire leading to the cluch/compressor has no power. I replaced the switches/controls on the dash. That didnt do anything. Then I jumped the Cycleing switch and still nothing. any advise? Yes, I checked the fuse its fine.
