AC Rear power controls

Running an 03 Winstar SEL.
The overhead AC controls for rear passengers does not function. Plenty of cool air coming from the vents but temp and fan speed control is not working.
Front dash controls work Ok and when I use dash rear fan control it works fine.
Any ideas to get rear overhead control working?

do a quick ck. chk fuses make sure front control is set to rear control move temp
setting on rear switch see if air changes from the roof witch would be in cool
the heat should come from the left hand side panels see if the air switches
the blend door and blower motor heat core and other stuff is located in the left rear
panel
