AC Inside Air / Outside Air

Have a 2002 Focus ZX3, that will only give Outside air, it will not recirculate inside air - have covered the outside vent (under the cowl) and now the inside air will not come out of the vents - Fan & Compressor working great.

Any and all suggestions Welcome, including which Shop Manual to buy before I start tearing up the dash :-) :-)

Check vaccum lines going into the firewall to see if any are busted or not connected... Autozone stocks Haynes manuals that are halfass but they can now get Chiltons again for the same price but have to be ordered... $18 I think.
