I have a 1999 Taurus SE Wagon with 113,000 miles. I recently (April) had a problem with the blower where it stopped working all together. While diagnosing the problem I removed the blower motor tested it directly to 12v and it seemed to work fine so I just replaced the blower motor relay, fan speed switch and AC/Heater selector switch, but it was no-go.
After all of that I replaced the blower motor as a last resort and it worked.
Well, today while running errands the blower motor stopped working again. I took the blower motor out and tested it and again it worked fine and I checked the fuse under the driver's compartment and it was in good shape.
I'm lost....

Do I replace the blower motor again??? Could it be the blower motor resistor??
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
