My 99 Escort's A/C isn't working. I think it's electrical because once my brother-in-law took apart my car to fix the speakers, the A/C stopped working. If the A/C is controlled by a fuse, could that be it? Otherwise, is there a wire that might not be connected? Thank you!

your brother-in-law probably popped a fuse messing around with your radio and
swiped the AC fuse to fix the radio problem.
check the AC fuse, it probably ain't there!
replace with a 25 or 30 amp fuse (it'll tell you on the fuse panel cover)
brother-in-laws are only good for running to the store to get more beer!
