Default Escort A/C Problem

Hi,

I have a 2004 Ford Escape. Most of the time the a/c blows cold air when the car is stopped but after driving awhile warm air starts to blow out. I noticed that on cool days(just to test the a/c) it works fine while driving, but on really hot days, especialy later in the day, there is no cold air at all. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks

I just posted about the a/c also. Wish someone would answer us. Do you know any other sites we could check on?
