to be totaly hoonest with you your out of luck when my truck was under warenty the only thing i could get out of my ford dealership was shoty work and trying to file complaints only led to more problems

your best bet is to find your own car guy that you trust to do good work. i got mine and ive never ben happier to get rid of the lazy dealership mechinacs
