Default Driver's Side Door Arm Rest

I'm looking for a drivers side door arm rest and window regulator for a 69 Thunderbird. I checked T-Bird Sanctuary but no luck and after looking around online a little still was coming up dry. Anyone have any leads as to where I could find a part like this?
