Hello all - just joined since buying an 09 Ford Flex - Back to the Ford famiily. Question are headrests interchangeable? The Flex headrest (front seats) just don't quit fit. Can I purchase a different models headrest and use it

I am no expert but I have seen aftermarket headrest / DVD setups with adjustable pegs etc which can be colour matched etc. Worth looking into perhaps

Hey Hulzy: flex does come with a factory option for screens in the headrests, but I don't think that's what you're looking for. The headrests do sit quite far forward, so the only thing I've been able to do is change the angle of the seat and seatback.
