60 falcon

Hello, just replace a rebuilt 200ci in my 60 falcon but can't get it to start.. Clean to Carb.(same one that came off to older 200ci)replace to coil check to fuel pump still it wont start..
I was told my timing was off.. can anyone help and tell me how to set the timing..
I am tring to set to timing to start to car. My first time doing it alone and i have no clue on what to do... Can anyone help me get this car started...Help
