I do all of my own work so I don't know how much it would cost to have it done! You can measure them and order them from energysuspension.com and upgrade to urethane and it will last double that and probably for cheaper! You should make a post about changing body mounts they are actually quite easy to replace. Or you can order the actual replacement rubber bushings and go that route might try looking at ebay and rockauto.

I drive a 1995 Windstar that has over 200,000 miles. I'm noticing rattling noises and I've been told that I need new frame bushings. How much does this job cost at a Ford dealership?
