I have to say that I changed the module which holds the oil filter casket. I changed the oil and filter. Run the car for an hour... no problem... drive it with a/c on, the the car overheat. Again, no head casket issue.. please advice,,,

I have a 2003 ford expedition 4.6L engine. The car overheat... compression check is good... block test is ok... I put 16 pound pressure and that checked also. for some reason water gets into the block, any recommation
