    I might be able to help, but you'll have to be more careful in writing that your statements are clear and understandable, or the exchange of information will be frustrating for both of us. For example... I do not know what you mean, how you check an engine with wire

    I can only GUESS that you are referring to a comment that I ocassionally make... to pull OBD 1 diagnostic codes "all you need is a 4 inch piece of wire and the ability to count to ten"

    BTW, I prefer that you post in the appropriate forum. I often don't have all the answers, and there are a number of mechanics on this forum who are MUCH more experienced than me. I'm not even a real mechanic.
