I think you are going to have to see someone that is certified in the 6.4 then. If you replaced the PCM it would have had to be flashed at a dealer or at least by someone with access to factory programing. They are not plug and play. I am assuming that if you did not disconnect the battery it would continue to do this indefinitely? I know the injectors will cycle for 30 seconds after shut down but that isn't your issue. If it doesn't stop ever with out being disconnected that is a sign the PCM ground may be bad but it is more than can be diagnosed on the Internet.

    I have a 6.4 twin turbo diesel.
When i run my truck and shut it off or just turn key on and off the power keeps feeding the turbo charger actuator, egr valve actuator, and egr throttle plate valve. It wont shut off. The only way to kill power is to disconnect the battery cables, then they stay off until the key is turned on again. Unplugging and plugging them in individually they still hum and have power feeding them. When scanning i got code p132b turbo charger boost control A performer. Did test and tested ok. Code p1335 egr plate valve position sensor min performer tested ok. Code p042e egr actuator stuck open. I replaced it with a new one, but i still have the problem. I also replaced the pcm. Problem still exist. I tested grounds all tested good.

I doubt you are missing a sensor. Has it always done this or just started to? How many miles on the engine? The warranty is 100K. You would need to have the system scanned by the Ford IDS to see if there is a sensor causing this to occur. It might be as simple as a re-flash.
