Ok, I think I figured it out sorry for asking the obvious question, Anyway I have a 1996 ford escort, it is the second escort I have owned, the first one I just got rid of with over 400,000 kms on it, drive train was mint body was shot. So over the last week I have been fgeeling the car pop out of first gear when I started to accelerate, today I coannot engage first gear at all, it's just grinding now, anyone who can help with this or has had a similar issue please let me know, thank you.
