Hey so I was reading about your Windstar rebuild project. Was wondering if you had any advice for me. I have a 98 Windstar about the same mileage and need to replace the engine. My mechanic advised to just scrap it because once I replace the engine I will most likely need to replace the transmission. I am not sure what to do if I scrap it they may give me $100, or I can put some money into it to get it running again just to have more problems maybe. Husband can do small projects but cant expect him to put in the time to replace motor. Thought you would have some insight since you have had a similar van problem. BY THE WAY HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
