I have a 2003 Expedition 4.6L engine. Compression check is good, Block test is good, put 16 pound pressure and that is good. Still I my car overheat... This is not a head casket problem. For some reason, the water enter the block from somewhere. The engine does not have oil cooler nor has the interior oil cooler in the radiator. Any suggestion...
