Gurus maybe you can answer this question. I have a Ford Escape 2008 XLT. I am using it for open trail off-road. I want to put a larger tire on it but no lift. Would a 30" Continental A/T work. I'm happy with the Continental and used BFG A/T on my toy and don't feel any difference in comfort. Would a 30" cause any rubbing w/o a lift and would it create too much stress on the under body or uni-frame?

only weekends??? hmmm. yea i work weekends always usually....sometimes it sucks. i pretty much work full time there but im only part time red shirt.... our store is medium sized. i have off tomorrow finally!!! i jus worked 8 fuckin days in a row..ughhhh. i needa break from the phone ringing and bitchy ppl.

hmmm wow...ur store is more....umm strict than mine is.. we only get written up if our phone shops are below 80....
i was talkin to this guy who works for an autozone in georgia and they get written up if its below 60.... so ppl r making these rules up. cuz its not part of the policy to get written up for it... and the store in the next town to mine they get written up if they dont sell the checkout challenge... hmmmm.
i only got written up one time for phone shops.... i was suppose to be written up 4 times by now... but my manager didnt write me up.

hey i got a question. u live probably far away from wat i do. and me n the part time psm at my store are tryin to figure out something. we get written up if we get below an 80% on a phone shop...and we get written up in the catorgory autozone policy.. but no where in the autozone policy it says we should get written up for phone shops. that they r used to coach and see improvements. do u guys at ur store get written up for that? cuz we r tryin to get it so that phone shops r no more. cuz its dumb.

yea im glad i have job. i work part time tho hahaha. i get full time hours tho. this week im working overtime. so like 45hrs. and next week i get a break. which is nice. i get sick of ppl sometimes. and i get cranky when it gets busy and hearing phones ring. grrr.

& wit my page i jus threw something together lol. and it turned out okay

yea i work alot. this week at least. next week i got 4 days off which will be nice. i will be able to socialize then. i feel like i havent seen my friends in weeks. and its hard to see my boyfriend too..cuz we r both so busy
