    I never fixed it, I talked to a ford specialist and he didnīt have a clue so I just pulled the motor and changed it to carb engine.

    i have an 89 ford with a 460 engine-it has the same problem as yours-spark is present only when i let off the key-a couple sparks(not all the time)-none while cranking-you didn't come back on to post how you made out-did you fix the problem-i would appreciate it if you could let me know .Please & Thankyou
