I can only GUESS that you are referring to a comment that I ocassionally make... to pull OBD 1 diagnostic codes "all you need is a 4 inch piece of wire and the ability to count to ten"

what do you know about turbos for an 88 ford tbird turbocoupe v4 2.3L? I need to replace a T3. Do you know what else would b compatable with mine other than a tbird turbo? Can I use a turbo from a different ford car or does it have to be the exact same 88 tbird turbo?
