Default Hello to the Ford Forum

The Ford I own is a 1986 F 150 with a 1975 302 cid (with points) and a E40D transmission. Currently trying to get the truck back up and running. It has sat for about 5.5 years with very little done to it. And of course not many people have done this type of configuration to these trucks. I have had the engine running but did not run very well. Hope to get this truck up and going in the next 2 or 3 months. It has been and will continue to be a work truck. Thinking of building my own type of "camper shell", one that is designed for the type of work I do.
Also I own a 77 Chevy Impala. Yes I know many people (Ford and Chevy) fans hate any one having 'both' types in one driveway. But both are good vechicles and have their best attributes. I don't prefer to part with either one, so as far as I am concerned I have the best of both worlds. Thanks for "listening".
