I am new to these forum things and started out badly on this one by jumping right in with a question without first humbly introducing myself and presenting with adequate humility the topic and question I needed answers to.
My apologies.
I am from upstate new york, previously Maryland and inherited an F250 pickup truck with the house I just bought. I requested the truck to convey with the house since it had a snow plow and a very long drive way. I had heard that it snows rather plentily in upstate new york and thought a truck with a snow plow would be a good idea as I had to plow my Maryland driveway with a shovel and I am getting too old for such nonsense.
I needed some gas and had to run some errands and when I came out of Walmart, the front gas tank was pouring gas out on WalMart's beautiful

pavement. The folks at Walmart got real excited and wouldn't let me get back in my truck and drive it home (fire & explosion risk). I was unpleasantly surprised because the fella that transfered ownership to me never told me that the tank leaked. He also didn't tell me that the brakes were shot, the front pumpkins(?) were leaking, etc, etc.
Now that I am aware of these troubles, I am attempting to determine if I should take the chance and money to repair these deficiencies or to see if the local junkman should make me an offer.
So, with that said, i respectfully submit my original question for consideration
Thank you
