 Another new member with a Galaxie
G`Day all ,I have been reading your site for awhile now and thought it was time I joined this knowledgeable group. ( if i`m allowed)
My names Phil I live in Rockingham Western Australia, retired, owned a few Fords, Pontiacs and even a couple of Chevy`s when I was a bit younger and now I reckon its time to get myself another good car.
So went and bought a 1966 Galaxie to play with, needs paint and upholstery and a few small mechanical things but it is drivable so i`m having fun already.
Takes me back to 1972 when I had a 1965 Galaxie, should never have sold it, had that old girl till 1978 when petrol went up to 14 cents a litre, ( oh for the good old days)
O.k. now i`m off to the Galaxie forum to ask a couple of questions and hope to get the answers to.
