Default help me 99 ranger problem

New to this. I have a 99 ranger 3.0 V6. I was driving down road and lost oil pressure (yes oil and gas are full) Pulled over to side of the road, it died and now it won't start, just get a click when you turn key. Does anyone know where to start??

How many miles on motor? I would be afraid you spun a bearing. Did you check the oil level?
