Default 94 taurus 3.8

I got a 94 taurse 3.8 gl, car stopped running on wife. Had odb 1 ran on it and said mass air flow was bad. Changed it, now checked eng. light is on. So i put wires, cap, plugs, fuel pump and filter. When tryin to start it runs but can't mash gas peddel car bogges out got no power. So I checked to se if the catts was clogged there not, got 34 lb of gas pressure. But when I had the odb test on it my rad fan did not run when you start the car and now it comes on when you turn the car on. Not knowing if its a computer problem or something else. Any help would be nice

What codes does it have?Is the fuel pressure at idle or when it starts bogging down?
