Default Air-Conditioning Problem

Just new in forum,
I had yesterday,my Ford, windstar 1998 airconditioning stop blowing when
put in speed 2 and 3 but working in speed#4,this problem is only on front
blower.
Rear works fine in all speeds.

I'm not sure, but might be a resistor problem? I think when the switch is on high it bypasses the resistor.

Resistor problem for sure. They aren't too expensive ($10 ?). Just don't ask me exactly where it is mounted. Usually somewhere in the air duct near the fan so that air flow will keep it cool.
