Default Ford Focus Radio/clock/cd completely out of commission

Hey People, My nickname is bean and I live in Vt. and getting ready to drive out to Colorado and start a new life with my family. My youngest son has been using the cd player in the Focus as a piggy bank. The cd player hasn't worked in months and the radio goes in and out. I decided to go ahead and take the thing apart and recover his savings.(Gas Money!!) I finally got the radio out and had to take the face plate off to get out all the change, I connected everything and put it back on (not completly in case it didn't work
) and guess what .... now nothing works (clock, radio, and cd player is totally out of commision). I checked the fuses. And I'm clueless .Any Advise or insight?????????? Thanks , Bean
