Smile Hello: New Member Here

Hello everyone, just found this site today I was actually doing a Google Search on the Ford Fusion. I don't own one but I rented one once not a bad car didn't like not being able to see out of the rear window too well and the throttle seemed to lag a bit before kicking in but otherwise pretty good.

We currently have two Fords in our family, I have a 1971 Ford Maverick 2dr Grabber that I am currently trying to restore when I have the $$$ avalible, it has a 3 speed Manual w/Column Shift which is currently broken at the moment .

We also have an 85 E150 Club Wagon XLT which has a wheelchair lift for my brother, we've had it since 94 and while it's had it's share of problems over the years it's otherwise been a faithful vehicle.

We had a 94 Taurus GL Flex Fuel which got totaled back in 02, thing was always in the shop for some goofy glitch, mechanically it was sound though and Gas Mileage was pretty good for a V6.

Thinking back a bit furthur we also had a 78 T-Bird (The Orange Tank I called it) I think it had a 351W in it I'm not sure I was a kid when we had this thing. ended up selling it back in the 80's..

Fords I have driven but not owned.... Rented alot of cars over the years.

Quite a few 99-00 Escorts
1st Gen Focus
00 Mustang (had the V6 though they don't rent the V8's dangit )
Of course the Fusion I mentioned earlier
Windstar

Thats all I can remember .
